Q: What kinds of jobs can SFLC employees do?
A: General and skilled labor positions across many industries, from construction, maintenance and demolition trades, to landscaping, light industrial and janitorial work. Please inquire about specific positions.
Q: What if I have a problem with an employee?
A: We guarantee our employees for their first 3 hours on the job. If they are unsuited to the work for any reason, just give us a call! We will pay the employee’s wages, as required by law, but your company won’t pay a cent!
Q: What about insurance?
A: For the protection of your company and your clients, we carry Worker’s Compensation insurance on all of our employees. In case of an on-the-job injury, contact our office, and we will see that our employee gets immediate medical treatment.
